About me

I am Richard, a forward thinking, capable and committed Software Support Engineer.

My day is filled with problems our customers encounter but also myself while testing new builds or beta releases.

I am doing this job now since almost 11 years and it is still, everyday, a pleasure to find solutions and help customers to achieve their deadlines and serve their customers.

At the moment I am working at SDL International, providing support and share normally knowledge through our channels e.g. our Knowledge Base but also through my Twitter account.

The usual business day goes through our ticket system where customers can log tickets for the problems ecountered but also all other questions that might come up...

I intend with this website to add from time to time information about SDL applications/solutions but also about everything else that crosses my mind....
